Acceptance

By downloading or using Glyfo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

Zetik Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use Glyfo on your devices, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, circumvent the game's protections, disrupt the service, or use the app in any unlawful or abusive way. We may restrict access in case of abuse.

Content you provide

The nickname or name you choose and that is shown publicly (for example on the leaderboard) must not be offensive, misleading or infringe anyone's rights. We may change or remove it.

Free, ad-supported, and Glyfo Premium

Glyfo is free and supported by ads. All modes, themes and leaderboards remain available without paying.

Glyfo Premium is an optional subscription that removes ads, lets you tune the modes and gives you per-mode statistics. It is handled by the App Store / Google Play (via our provider RevenueCat), at the price shown in your store. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period: you manage or cancel it in your store account settings.

Intellectual property

Glyfo, its content, trademarks and visuals belong to Zetik Games and are protected. No rights are granted to you beyond the licence above.

Warranty and liability

Glyfo is provided "as is", without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Zetik Games shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the game.

Termination

You can stop using Glyfo at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.

Changes

These terms may change. The update date at the top of the page prevails; continued use constitutes acceptance.
