Who we are

Esport Tycoon is a mobile game published by Zetik Games. This policy explains what data the app processes and why.

Data we process

The game is playable without an account. If you create an account (optional) to save your progress to the cloud, and depending on your usage, the following data may be processed:

  • Account (optional) — Sign in with Apple / Google — an account identifier and your email address (or Apple's "Hide My Email" relay address) are processed via our authentication provider Supabase, to manage your account and cloud save.
  • Cloud save (game progress) — linked to your account and stored on Supabase to restore it across your devices.
  • Online leaderboards — the organisation name you choose and a device identifier are sent to Supabase to display leaderboards.
  • Advertising identifier & usage data — Google AdMob may access the device advertising identifier and interaction data to serve ads and measure performance, subject to your consent (App Tracking Transparency).
  • Purchases — in-app purchases and the subscription are handled via RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play (purchase and subscription status).
  • Push notification token — if you allow notifications, a technical token is generated (via Expo) to send game reminders.

Never collected

Precise location, contacts, photos, or health data.

Account & data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

  • In the app — Settings → Account → Delete account.
  • By email — write to contact@zetikgames.com from your account's email address (subject "Account deletion").

Retention & sharing

Deletion permanently removes your account, your email address, your cloud-saved progress and your leaderboard entries within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated data may be retained; purchase transaction records may be retained where required by law.

We never sell any data. The only third parties involved are our technical providers: Supabase (account, save, leaderboards), Google AdMob (advertising), RevenueCat (purchases) and Expo (notifications). Data is encrypted in transit.

Advertising and tracking

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Depending on your iOS settings (App Tracking Transparency), AdMob may use the advertising identifier to personalize ads. You can opt out of tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Children

The app is not specifically directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

Changes

This policy may change. The update date at the top of the page prevails.
